The Old Station Mill Case Study

Natralight was chosen to design, manufacture and install flat fixed glass rooflights for the Old Station Mill in Alresford.

Our remit was to produce rooflights that boasted traditional features in order to remain in keeping with the rest of the building. This is a beautiful example of old and new styles combining seamlessly.

The Old Station Mill is based in the heart of Alresford in Hampshire, the 1860 Mill has been restored and revamped as Mill Health and Fitness expands over four floors.

Seamlessly combining the latest in fitness technology with serene yoga and barre studio spaces; this gym is designed with wellness at its core. 

The additional floor space is dedicated to wellness therapies; with the Old Mill transformed into a wellness haven that redefines the gym experience.

Flat Fixed Rooflights Explained

The two-part framing system is manufactured to suit builders with a prepared raised upstand with a minimum built fall of 3 degrees.

It also has perimeter framed coating which is RAL 7016 semi-gloss anthracite grey as standard. 

We offer single mono-pitch, dual pitch, double or triple glazing with fixed glazed and fixed glazed wall abutted options.
